Do you have any recom.endatioms?

Did/Does it 'work'?😉

As for self help books, someone here recommended The Feeling Good Handbook by David D Burns, MD. It looks promising. You can sometimes pick up books like this at Thriftbooks or Abebooks for a small price.

All kinds of other books can improve life depending on your interests.

I've only ever read novels...except for required reading while I was in school.

Speaking of, the book I was required to read while in nursing school was a life-changer! And in a broad sense, too, because it taught me life-saving measures. I forget the title, but probly no one's going to read it anyway :geek:.

When I was young I read a book about body language. How to read people through their body movements. It's pretty accurate and I still use the tips. Other than that, it's all novels or text books.

Well I was recommended this book just yesterday... not for me.. but apparently this doctor, is a genius at showing people how to deal effectively with pain caused by TMS..or Fybromialgia... ...or Sciatic pain

this is an old video of him talking about it... he died back in 2017 , but his book is available to buy.... and he's lauded by thousnad who said fllwing his prinicple they n longer have pain after suffering for years..

John Sarno's Lecture on The Mindbody Syndrome
