Bought expensive item from Amazon

I bought an expensive item from Amazon, by which withdrew funds from the wrong account. Their mistake cost me much more than a simple inconvenience.

I don’t understand. Are you saying that they took the money from your bank account and not a credit card account?

Amazon withdrew funds from bank account instead of credit card account. Spoke to customer service must return item for refund even though the delivered item was what I ordered.

With all of this round-a-bout I'm concerned the item I bought may not be the best choice for me.

Amazon has a list of the sources you have used in the past. Your bank account must have been auto-selected. Be careful to click the credit card next time. If it was me I'd send the item back.
