Bowling Ball

Why are bowling balls such a hard sell at garage sales? I have my father's I've been trying to sell for 3 years at my garage sale and no one even looks at it. When I did my aunt's estate, there were two in her house (her's and my uncles I assume). No one took them, even for free.

I think because bowling balls are not a one size fit all kind of item. When you buy one, your grip is measured; at least that was my experience when we got bowling balls when we were younger.

Yeah, but it's more trouble (and expense) than it's worth and can throw off the balance if the old holes aren't filled just right. I used to bowl when I was young, but haven't in more years than I care to remember. Do people still bowl? I don't know anybody who does.
