I wonder what they cost?
49k in Canada apparently.

Saw a blurb on new recently about a "concrete" printed home,
showed how it was made, with "ribbons" of concrete "printed"
one on top of another......thing I noticed is there were NO kind
of rebar or whatever, to tie the layers together!!!

Hmm.

I'm imagining doubled glazed windows with a separation of 2 to 3 inches. For privacy, too much sun, or additional insulation... a system to pump expanded polystyrene (or something safer) beads up half or all the way, and back out again. Could even be dyed instead of stark white!

I would bet that it does not include the land the home would be on, at the very least.
Actually saw a couple of videos, describing all the associated costs, including land, sewer, water, electricity, foundation, permits, delivery, etc. Providing local building codes permit this type of structure.

125K+ seems to be the range.

Saw plenty of NOPE to go around in the OP video.
Starting with the whole side opening up @ 2 seconds in.
Maybe good for those raised in barn who want to down-size.
Skeeters and flies need homes too I guess.

I like this idea. With inflation going up like it is, having something like this is better than renting an apartment for many. It’s a cute little house that’s manageable. All that’s needed is a lot , septic or waste deposal, electricity, water, internet. It’s doable for those on a tight budget.

Very nice! I would definitely have to have either blinds or opague windows or two way glass, so I could see out but no one could see in. The kitchen is about the same size as my kitchenette, maybe a little smaller. I can't believe they even fit a washer and dryer in there. Something like that is a great option for those who are minimalists and can't afford today's housing prices. Only thing, just like other tiny homes, they'd need land to put it on. Another thing I think about with those things is how well would they hold up to major hurricanes.
