You peeps had some funny answers. For myself, I would go into the prisons, and try to brainwash the inmate that were in for petty crimes. Not so for anyone who's crime were violent or against children. They need to consciously be aware of why they will left in their concrete hole. Hopefully that would cut down on the inmate population, and all the cost that goes with incarcerating so many. :danger:
