that's interesting .... in the UK when someone shoots innocent people..the shooter is immediately called a Nutcase.. a lunatic, a maniac, .. all these types of names...
 
Saw they found drugs for depression and epilepsy I think in his Las Vegas home.

The killer's father is a retired Los Angeles police officer. Wonder if he pulled some strings to get him his carry permit.
 

How long a walk was it from where the killer parked his car to the entrance of the building of his rampage. How many 911 reports were received about a man with a gun. Perhaps a few calls would given some of the victims time to shelter in place.

But was there even one 911 call regarding a man with a gun before his spree?
 
When they do, the autopsy will be interesting to see if the shooter really did have brain damage from playing football. It’s really too bad he didn’t reach out for help.

I’ve been following the Reno shooting, of course since I live here and so far, there is no motive. It appears that the killer shot people that he didn’t know that were total strangers. I don’t really understand killing anybody of course but I totally don’t understand killing strangers.
 
I find it somewhat confusing how a man carried a rifle from his car to the building, up the elevator and no one saw him and could call 911.
I probably missed something, but this is New York City, right? It’s not like being in Podunk, Colorado with a population of 50 people.

They probably did call it in, but it takes a bit of time for the police to get to the scene and figure out what's going on.
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
