Brewing tension and clashes between Afghanistan and Pakistan

There have been several border/militaryclashes between Afghanistan and Pakistan with casualties. Pakistan went so far as to launch a retaliatory air/drone strike in Afghanistan.

It seems some militants from Afghanistan might have started things by conducting some activities in Pakistan.

Oh goody, third world nuclear power vs radical terrorists.

This exchange between these 2 countries have been brewing for some time.
If true war breaks out, my money goes on Pakistan to win.

India and Pakistan had a squirmish as recent as May of this year.

A representative of the Taliban visited India and met with government officials as recent as October.

Pakistan and India have been arguing about Kashmir since they were formed.

I believe the next actual war will be an attack on Iran, though I hope I'm wrong. The number of conflicts between countries is currently growing, and it's across every continent.

Apparently this has escalated with Pakistani drone strikes striking inside Afghanistan. Pakistan says it's in an open war with Afghanistan now.

Afghanistan says Pakistan hit a hospital during an air strike after hostilities escalated. They said 400 killed after a rehabilitation hospital was struck in Kabul

Pakistan says claims are baseless and no hospital was a target and they were carrying out precision airstrikes.

Pandora's Box was opened in the Middle East. Enemies who weren't likely to attack each other now feel free to do so. The bear was poked.

In 1998, Pakistan had completed underground testing of 6 devices to show off their nuclear capabilities. Intel suggests that they possess approximately 150 or more nuclear warheads. This was done to match India’s capabilities.

India and Pakistan are not considered to be friends as they have battled a number of times as both countries claim possession of Kashmir. Both countries have different reasons for wanting control of Kashmir.
