Broken bones

I made a thread and included "hands free crutches" in the title so when someone *ouch* does need to pull from the memory bank, hopefully it'll be easy to find. For people who meet the criteria, these things are great for recuperation. Keeps you active which helps healing and also lessens need for PT since you're in anatomically correct alignment. So much of PT is working with muscles, ligaments and tendons away! from the actual injury that got out of whack from misuse.

Thread: iWALK hands free crutches

Great idea to make a thread about the hands free crutches @AnnieA we all hope we will never need anything like that but it’s good to know what’s out there , when something like this happens you don’t know where to start looking ( I live in a small country town. 2 hours drive from the nearest city )
Look at me reasonably fit for age due to dancing / walking down to having to sit or lay in bed up to 12 hours a day to get some relief from the horrific pain.
Our neighbours son is disabled so he lent me a pair of elbow crutches prior to me going to see a doctor.
