Bugs in the Warm Weather?

What kind of bugs do you have in your area in the warm weather. My biggest complaint is about the mosquitoes - that buzzing, knowing they’re going to attack me. Some summers wasps are a real problem too.

My daughters live in cottage country. People rave about how beautiful it is; all I can think about are the bugs. They have black flies, horse flies, deer flies, and a few mosquitoes for good measure.

Various spider egg-sacks hatch. Bees are still busy. Grass-hoppers are jumpin' around. Clicker-bugs and beetles want to come inside and cool off. There are also a lot more flying insects buzzing around, but I don't know what they are besides fast.

Stink bugs. People think robins are the first sign of spring. Wrong, around here, it's stink bugs, lol. I hate 'em. They have something in common with cilantro, believe it or not. I'm not fond of cilantro either.

Read all about 'em! >> https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/561668/stink-bug-facts

We also have spiders, ants, centipedes, beetles, flies, wasps, ticks, and mosquitos. I'm sure I'm forgetting some. I'd like to forget them all. 😝

Bella ✌️

Mostly bees and wasps. There seems to be a bee's nest somewhere in the building as I keep getting bumble bees in my kitchen. They seem exhausted. I revive them with a bit of honey and put them outside.
Gnats are a problem, especially where there are horses. Long sleeves and trousers tucked into boots are necessary to avoid being eaten alive.

I forgot the ticks, though just dry to avoid grasslands.

There are stink bugs here too. They’re a bit of a nuisance with their persistence on getting into the house. If something can’t bite me, I’m not too disturbed by it.

I don't know what they are, but these really little flying bugs come out at sundown. They are around for about a half hour, and then they're gone. We have lots of hungry bats around here, so not too many bugs. There will be a bunch of bugs around a light bulb, then they're gone.
I hate stink bugs, too.

Second year in a row: No mosquitos, no flies, no millers, no moths, no spiders, no flies, no bugs, no butterflies, no rodents, no fleas.
Nothing buzzing around the nightlight, nothing crawling on the floor or the ground.
It will sustain like this through the year.
I still think it's chemical experiments from White Sands bio-lab and missile range, because the wind blows right from that direction.

I hope this isn’t harming people there, especially you.

How kind of you. No, I feel GREAT! My dog feels great! I've only seen larger birds. No songbirds, no hummingbirds.
White tailed deer that used to flood my property are no more.
I've called state authorities and just get the run around. As long as I feel so good, I'm not worried.
But, thank you.

Don't you wonder what sort of effect it is having on you?
