Buzzard or vulture?

I know this is a bad picture, but the sun was facing me . Is this a buzzard or a vulture that was sitting on my electric pole when I drove up earlier? It kind of creeped me out. I usually see these in the air every day, but not sitting so close.

Looks like a Turkey Vulture to me. We see them all the time. They eat road kill mostly..

They are impressive though.. BIG birdies.. Wing span of 5 to 6 feet.
