California Sues Tesla for Racism in San Francisco Factory

Tesla is accused of segregation, in the factory, with the area
where, the black men work, being called the Plantation!

Tesla are moving the plant to Texas, I don't know if that will
cure the problem, I think that they will take a lot of workers
with them!

If the court finds the plant is in violation of people's civil rights, Tesla will have to pay a substantial fine and show proof of compliance to court-ordered changes within a certain number of days...I think it's 11 to 30 days depending on what kind of changes they'd have to make.

What the literal bleep?! Seriously, if even a portion of this is true it's horrid. And it it's all true, I can't even comprehend that this happens and is tolerated for an apparent length of time. Something is very wrong here.

Even if it was the employees that festered that environment management failed and enabled a hostile workplace. Tesla not going to look good on this even if they somehow defeat the suit.
