No Facebook, no Twitter, no Instagram, no WhatsApp, no TikTok, no Netflix and watching TV not more than one hour (per month).
If you like listening while walking you should look into audiobooks. You can download them free from a library. Most use an app called Libby. I'veI have a twitter accoun,t but I've never used it. I looked at some tweets and the format and said no. Never looked at Tik Tok or Instagram. I have Facebook mainly for family.
I do love podcasts. I look forward to walking because that's when I listen. I like foodie and health types.
TikTok is pretty harmless. I get a lot of links to 18 year olds posting on something they have just "discovered" that all of us have known since we were that age.I get a lot of cat videos on my phone. Because I click on them they keep sending more. I love cats and their antics cheer me up. Lately I've noticed that to access some videos you have to go into TicToc. I am skeptical and leave those alone.
Oh wow I love it! I would love to have them as neighbors or friends!Im quite sure that this couple is an anacronism:

I like them and own some of Sarah's books. Meanwhile they are not living at Port Townsend anymore but have moved.
Don't go into Tik Tok, you'll get hooked! That's how they got me, with the cute cat videos!I get a lot of cat videos on my phone. Because I click on them they keep sending more. I love cats and their antics cheer me up. Lately I've noticed that to access some videos you have to go into TicToc. I am skeptical and leave those alone.
It's less censored than Youtube when it comes to conspiracy theories too.TikTok is pretty harmless. I get a lot of links to 18 year olds posting on something they have just "discovered" that all of us have known since we were that age.
