Can I "unwatch" all threads?

If I post to a thread, it becomes a "watched" thread when there's a reply. I've had to "unwatch" each thread manually.

I thought I had disabled this, but I still get the alerts. It's just a minor irritation, but I'd appreciate some help. Thank you.
