Can someone explain to me

just what Donut Hole means. I'm am apparently allowed just so much prescription coverage and then my copay goes much higher?

It is only June, and my Xarelto just went from $135.00, for 90 pills, to $458.00 for 90 pills. It looks like I'm paying about half of retail price of $900.00.

I was under the impression that the "donut hole" was to be eliminated soon.

Anyone out there familiar will this?

Sorry, this in no way answers your question but it reminded me of something. A bakery not far from where I live sells donut holes. They are the bits from the centres of donuts that they remove before baking. They sell them cheap to kids in a big bag.

Sorry about that. ;)

Your idea makes more sense than some of our Medicare benefits. For us on a fixed income, it gets harder and harder to make ends meet.
