Going to the gym this afternoon. I should try the balance ball like Peppermint P mentioned.
I need a full day of exercise, walking, ellipticals, sit ups of just 10, stretches, and bunches of
other little things as tolerated. I've been lazy with the gym for far too long again. Plus, I don't
like the drive over and back, but I am going to go anyway. Although I do pop in now and
then, its simply not regular enough. I still walk when weather allows but that is only once
a week (maybe).
Of course I can always exercise indoors, and I have, but what motivates me more is the gym.
My core is weak and very much so. Had that fall a year plus ago, and for a while I kept up with
steady exercising, PT and all that. THEN I got unfocused, mostly due to some work shifts. AND
with my body doing that, does not serve me well at all.
I'll stop talking and typing and get to the gym ..
