Can you spot what's wrong in this photo?

That's not a mistake, it is a pad on the side for a flying car soon to be available...:eek:nthego:
 
Easy explanation.

1.) Home was constructed assuming driveway would come in off main street.
2.) When applying to regulatory agency for curb cut permit, the application was refused. Curb cut too close to intersection, hill, or some other reason.
3.) Only choice was to bring driveway in from the side.
4.) Garage dimensions being square will only require builder to switch location of garage door and double windows. About 2 days work for a good carpenter crew, a new header for support above the new garage door location... and remembering to move the trash cans before driving in the garage door!!!

I've learned the hard way that there can be errors in construction of most anything. An error is not a genuine problem is you have a workable solution.
 
No garage along with the side windows that should be in front of the house?

Wonder how the realtor will explain that one?
