Can't find taper candles anywhere

Stores have jar candles and tea candles (I call those votive candles). I can't buy online. I need ones that look like this:

I know I'm in the UK, but I had the same problem last year, either none available or extremely expensive ... I had to buy online in the end, ( I know you can't)... and I was very disappointed with them, they burned down in a very short time... so I won't be doing that again.

$10 for 4 or $30 for 15 candles.

I only need two for the gimbal brass holders I have. I shouldn't have been so quick to sell them at my yard sales last year, but at that time, I didn't know I'd need them. I have a big bag of tapered candles in the basement, but they are either used, broken, or don't match.

Before I spent any money, I would go through the garage sale treasures and bag of odds and ends to see if I could modify a couple of old candles by cutting them down or building them up.

I think they'd be too small for my holders. I did find a pair today and put them in and the holders and they tipped to the said. I guess fo the gimbal, they have to be prefctly balanced.
