Can't Upload Pix to this Site Suddenly

Dear @Matrix, as of a few moments ago, I can no longer upload some pix to the site; I keep getting this message: "Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." I've made sure they're j.pegs; What am I doing wrong?
 
Can you try uploading the above picture here?

I merged two autumn threads, is it possible you were uploading to a thread that no long exists?

Please start over: find the thread, enter it and upload again.
 
It has happened to me as well. It was a while ago so I'm not sure if I found a solution or gave up...but have you tried checking to see if your picture is too large? Choose the "Thumbnail" version to see if that works. Have you rebooted your computer?

No I wasn't trying to upload to a thread that no longer exists; it was one of the autumn threads, I think the "Early Autumn Hugs Everybody" thread.

Okay, just uploaded a bunch of the pix that wouldn't upload yesterday and it's working fine now. I did a hard re-start (completely shut down my computer and then re-booted it); so I'll do that again if I have any more trouble; thanks, @Matrix!
