From my experience, a visit in a year indicates debodun's condition is acceptable -- otherwise it will be a visit in 3 months get her "on track".

They measured with my shoes on. I'm probably closer to 5' 4". They also weight me fully dressed. I usually weight about 5 pounds less at home than at a doctor's office.
