I note the number of "Arrests ". How many CONVICTIONS ? Put your outrage where it belongs, with the Judges and the juries. Jimb.
Apparently his first prison stint was in 2011 and was out on bail for a gun charge from last year. NYC was/is one the cities that have little or no bail laws which was intended to help someone arrested on lesser charges so they wouldn't have to stay in jail until a trial.
Some criminals are exactly that, not someone lacking hugs.

I spoke to a friend of mine that’s a retired state cop, he said the problem they are seeing now is the appellate courts. Too many convictions are being overturned and too many sentences are being reduced.
