Carnage At a Vancouver BC Street Festival

When people are willing to kill innocent strangers to solve or draw attention to them there is not much that can be done. It's the will to kill wether a mass murderer like the suspect or a gangster when there is a will there is a way.
 
I couldn't find the name of the driver, who plowed into the fair. And the incident was reported then quickly forgotten. The driver was "known" to the police. When I was a psych. nurse, my patients were all "well known" to the police. Since the cops immediately ruled out terrorism, that does suggest the driver had 'issues". For me, it's how can such a horrendous event just drop off the news in a couple of days?

Saw one report he was upset about his mother's passing or illness. My guess he started doing or was already on drugs for a while
