Cataract 2nd surgery

I had cataract surgery on my right eye 3 months back. My eye healed with a secondary cataract and now I’m going for the YAG procedure this morning. They will take the membrane off the capsule on the back of the lens. It healed all wrinkly and cloudy. Hopefully this works. Anyone else had to have a secondary surgery on the same eye?

Not sure of the name for the procedure, but after my cataract surgery I had to go back in and they used a laser to burn away the membrane behind one of the lenses. Very quick and totally painless, and it cleared up the vision in that eye.

Yes, I had YAG done on both eyes, one two years after the cataract and the other one five years after. I could really tell the difference after it was done.
