Cheese- Any cheese lovers out there?

I love cheese-sharp cheddar my favorite, the blue cheeses, just about any kind of cheese except those made spicy, tummy does not like spice.

Can someone identify it for me?

Moldy sharp cheddar. Or since it seems to have a rind, moldy Gouda.

After looking at images of both bleu cheese and the p roqueforti, I think this is bleu cheese to be honest.

Yes, I'm a cheese lover..I have some sharp cheddar in the fridge. I like it with tomato and mayo on a sandwich.

I don't have sophisticated/experimental tastes with cheese.. I like American cheese, and light-flavored blends like Colby-Jack.

I practically live on cheese sandwiches, I like sharp cheddar, mozzarella, provelone and Swiss in no particular order. I leave the blue varieties alone, though. I always add some shredded cheese to my cornbread batter.
