Chicken breasts with honey/garlic sauce

Ingredients:
2 lg boneless , skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
A.P. flour
3 TBLSP olive oil
3 TBLSP butter
2 lg garlic cloves, chopped ultra finely
1+ 1/2 TBLSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBLSP soy sauce
1/3 cup of honey

Need heavy, med size frying pan.

Salt and pepper chicken breasts
coat chicken in flour and let rest.
over medium heat, heat olive oil and fry chicken 3 minute 1st side. Turn over and fry another 2 minutes. Chicken should have a light golden color.
Remove chicken to a side plate. discard olive oil.
over VERY low heat, melt butter and simmer garlic 2 minutes while stirring well.
Immediately add, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine.
Add reserved chicken breasts, cover and cook over LOW heat until just done. If you have a food thermometer, test and cook to 185 F.
Arrange on serving plates and spoon extra sauce over chicken.

Nice side dishes: Rice Pilaf or Potatoes Au Gratin
 

Oh, this recipe sounds worth a go, I will love the honey garlic sauce,
I am copying this one..
 

Yea, I need another mortgage on the house to buy the chicken! When I get approved, I'll definitely give it a go. ;)
