I found this one in a small recipe booklet I had. I have already made it twice. First time I made it as directed. Second time I added thawed out frozen peas and chopped onion. I actually made a larger batch than directed. How much mayo you put in is to taste, I guess, as there is no specific amount. I used the canned chicken I have and it was good that way. We have it as a side to our regular meals, not "on" anything. SORRY about the size, did not realize it would come out so big.
