What did they do to improve the humble chicken sandwich that causes people, in today's rush, rush, rush world to wait in lonnnngggg lines to get into Popeye's and Chik-fil-A to indulge in this "delicacy"?

My Popeye's is still out of chicken sandwiches, so I never had one.

There is no line at Chik Fil A here. The chicken is good, but the bun is terrible.

Americans love fried chicken. I think the sandwich form makes it easier to eat.

Tried to get my daughter to go to Chick-fil-A with me to try their chicken sandwich ....
She said she doesn't like their chicken. ... She offered to go to Wendy's instead .... lol

I like Chick fil a....Have eaten at Popeyes long time ago so don't remember about taste. Lolo there is absolutely nothing in this world that would have me waiting in line for anything. Nope not gonna do that.

Lolo there is absolutely nothing in this world that would have me waiting in line for anything. Nope not gonna do that.

Even longer lines occur every AM at "Dunkin' Donuts." I mean people waiting in long lines during morning rush hour seems nuts. Folks must get up awful early on workdays to allow themselves to roost in long lines. Curiously, these lines persist throughout most of the day. Not sure whether it's the coffee or the donuts but a Starbuck's up the road is deserted so it must be the coffee.

I've never been to either place or had their food needless to say..lol..There are tons of fast food places in my area but not those 2 surprisingly.

Popeyes chicken has fallen from good to not so good in recent years. Their tenders are a scam. Still love their red beans and rice. KFC for me.
