The killers of two Americans who went missing in 1973 and were killed during the early days of the Pinochet dictatorship had their sentences increased by a Chilean court. They were just convicted last year after the widow of a victim sued Pinochet in 2000 which started the trial process. Two Chileans and one American were charged in the murders. The American died recently.
