Chocolate...good for you?

So far the best dark chocolate I've found is Aldi's Choceur. Our Aldi stores used to have it in individually wrapped pieces but no longer. I don't know why they stopped stocking it, but it didn't make me happy. I've settled for Dove.
I used to love that.. I've still got about 6 bars in my fridge from a while ago... but then I learned that it was the Aldi Choceur dark chocolate which was giving me the Montezuma's revenge... so I had to stop having it

I love dark chocolate but unfortunately I have to eat it in minimal amounts and only occasionally because it can contribute to insomnia.
Well, it seems at our age, just about everything can contribute to insomnia, so I'm just gonna hold to the view that it contributes to happiness. That may not be sound reasoning, but the heart wants what the heart wants. Mmmmm.

LOL. Well, chocolate has a lot of caffeine in it, so ...
Well, I will use whatever twisted thinking I have to.
If the unexpected opportunity ever rolls around for sex, a little extra caffeine in the system sure can't hurt. Always be prepared.
As you can see, I will always find an upside for my chocolate addiction. Giving it up isn't an option.

They go through this same thing time after time after time.......coffee is not good for you, this is not good for you, that is not good for you and then, oh, coffee is good for you, chocolate is good for you from John Hopkins Medicine: Increases heart health: The antioxidants in dark chocolate have been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of clotting and increase blood circulation to the heart, thus lowering the risks of stroke, coronary heart disease and death from heart disease.
