This is the chocolate raspberry pie made by a local woman who started her own pie company. She's a delightful young lady and very talented. This was her own invention: raspberry curd (not jam) encased in a bittersweet chocolate double-crust - denser than cake but lighter than fudge brownies.

It is is killer good, especially with a good heaping pouf of lightly sweetened whipped heavy cream on top!
