That's not stopping my daughter, and I happily go along with her. We just started our yearly routine of watching all those romantic, sentimental, cookie-cutter Hallmark Christmas movies again! I watch them mainly because I love seeing all the snow in them. Well, okay, I like them for their sentimental value as well! Don't tell the males in this forum since I will lose the last little bit of respect they had for me!

For me the Christmas pre-sales just go flying by. It may be better financially to partake in them. But, for me the way I get into the Christmas spirit is by shopping during the holiday season. I am out in the hustle and bustle, in the cheery Holiday decorated stores and malls, with Santa and his elves all dressed up waiting on customers and kids. That's Christmas, to me. So, I'll pass on the pre sales and black Friday & Tech Monday online sales, and wait for the yule time to arrive in its own, sweet, time.

Agree. But, how do you wrap that gift and put it under the tree? Then wait for Christmas morning?I read that less than 10% of adopted PUPPIES are returned after the holidays!
So I guess it's not a bad idea after all to give an adopted puppy for Christmas. But just be super sure the recipient wants it and is capable of being able to give it the care it needs...of course. But you all know that already
