LOL - Joan Crawford & Bette Davis.
I watched an interview with Bette Davis where they talked about how much they hated each other.
Bette was asked how she felt after Joan died. She replied, "You should never say bad things about someone who died; you should only say good things. It's a good thing she's dead."

I never thought most fans cared, though some would be surprised. When Barry Manilow came out a few years ago, he posted that he was concerned about what his fans would think when they found out. I responded: "Your fans won't care about your sexuality; Nobody cared about Tchaikovsky's being gay, either & his time was 1840-1893."

When I was married, my wife & I saw his show at the Las Vegas Hilton. He showed the audience his diamond rings & described how each one was custom made to his specifications.
We were sitting a few rows from the stage. I yelled, "Could you pass it around so we can get a better look at it?" The whole audience was hysterical.
He said to me, "Oh......you're SO FUNNY!"
