Yea I guess the MRI was a bad example. It seems most people are nervous of them.


I have never had one so not sure how that would go.


I avoid elevators but when my mother was in the hospital on the 6th floor. I would sing You are my Sunshine ..(in my head) till I got to the floor.


Daughter is the same way.


I just was ponderin’ why we both have the same fears. Mine I believe comes from either when I almost drowned as a small child or waking up with a tube in my throat after surgery..(which I wasn’t aware would happen).


Neither of the incidents effected me at the time but later in life it hit me. Those are the only things I can recall that would cause it.


That’s why I don’t think that I projected my fears on her but tend to think it could be more genetic.
