Nope most Brits have been campaigning for this to stop for a very long time...
Our church still holds Easter Sunrise Service. At 6 a.m. this morning, my wife and I and around 50 other church members attended the service on top of one of our highest hills. It was a beautiful morning, but a bit chilly at 38 degrees. We have about 450 church members, so attendance wasn’t very good.
Had we not turned our clocks ahead a few weeks ago, it would have been daylight, but we started the service in the dark and about a half hour later, the sun began to rise. It was awesome.
