The new football coach said he will be disciplined and was hired himself after the last coach left failing to deal with sexual assault allegations against team players.

'nice' program-yikes

In the second link it says a student had to turn in the video/file a complaint and when animal control investigated they found out the athletic department already knew about the incident.

The player has since sent the dog to live with relatives and has taken dog training classes. He said he got upset because the dog went to the bathroom inside. Sounds like he never trained the dog. Nor was he probably around or getting it outside enough. I find it hard to believe this is the first time he lost his temper with the dog.

Are they going to throw him off the team? I hope so. There is something seriously wrong with people who abuse animals.

Oh you $%^&*^% little &%$#%^$#&%...there was a boy down the street a few years back. I didn't want my first assault charge. But he was wacking a pup with it's chain. I parked right there and beeped my horn for attention. Then stood outside my car staring darts. He finally left the dog on the porch. Next time I take the dog. Chain beat the humans for punishment.

The immediate penalty of turning the belt on him comes to mind. My guess is that the player is also at Baylor on a fully paid scholarship. That comes to about a $200,000.00 gift to the player, which now should be rescinded.

I doubt it since it involves a big time college football program. I saw this year they are in the top 25. This is why the dog beating and sexual assaults will be given lip service and swept under the rug. My guess is the SPCA or PETA will get protestors to Baylor games.

Okay we take this clown and Vick...never forgive, never forget...beat them with chain leashes and then make them run a football field in meat dresses. Empty out a few shelters of hungry pups and justice is served.

Makes me sick.

Many say animal abuse is a precursor to things like I don't know MASS MURDER. One must wonder if he is so quick to pull out a belt as a whip as a young man will he pull out a knife or gun as an older man. If he lost his temper with a defenseless animal what will he do when he loses his temper with a human that can defend themselves de-escalate I think not.
