College Students Celebrate Win With Riots. Start A Go Fund Me Page To Pay Damage.

A few weeks ago Penn State got an upset win over Ohio State. Students celebrated with a riot. 30,000 dollars in damage. So they start a Go Fund Me page to pay for the damage their peers caused. The riot was bad enough. But apparently Penn State students are notorious for reactionary activities after big events including a riot after the beloved pedophile enabling coach was fired.

Just as bad as the riot and student behavior was having the gall or nerve to ask strangers to pay for the damage they caused. It's important that the damage be repaired but something about basically relying on charity to fix criminal damage-11 arrested doesn't sit well.

The really stupid ones would be anyone who contributed to a fund like that. Hope they didn't get any takers!

I agree. Starting a Go Fund Me campaign for the damage makes them look even dumber, and it's pretty doubtful they'll get much. If they're legally liable for the damage, then they'll be held accountable in court hopefully.
