Comic Paul Reubens AKA Pee Wee Herman has died

That’s a shame. Funny guy in his own right. His comic routine was very different from a lot of others. Hollywood kind of treated him unfairly. He may have been more silly than funny, but he made me laugh.

Cancer takes another one from us. I wish we could snuff out that disease.
 
I don't know how I felt about Paul Reubens, my kids liked watching Pee-Wee Herman, but I thought he was a little out there. May he rest in peace.
 
As someone who grew up watching wild and wacky children’s show hosts like Soupy Sales and Sandy Becker, I saw Paul Reuben’s Pee-Wee Herman as the ultimate demented kiddy show host, a man-child who was hilariously relatable as a perpetual 10-year-old boy In his red bow tie and too-small gray suit. Unaware that he was battling cancer, I was shocked by his death. Gone too soon, like other iconoclastic comedians such as Andy Kaufman…

Paul Reubens also played more serious roles such as the father of Batman villain The Penguin. I’ll miss this versatile and off-the-wall guy…
