I'm age 87 and male. I view 90 as the practical limit of life. I expect to die in the early 90's. I take 8 glasses of liquid every day. I use 3,000 mg of Tylenol and 200 mg Gabapentin to control foot pain. The foot pain was partially caused by severe arthritis and partially by 2 doctors losing their tempers when cutting my nails since I have very hard nails and must use motorized file (Dremel) to control them. Those two doctors hit my toes with their fists out of frustration. I waited over two years to report the crimes to the police and went past the 2 year statute of limitations for prosecuting assault and batteries. Thus, the two doctors got away with it.
I also take Senna plus tablets twice per day to keep my bowel movements normal at one every 5 days or so.
I used to walk over 2,000 steps every day but just last Sunday after walking about 1,700 steps I got a negative episode in my walking and one in my breathing. I almost called 911 to go to the emergency room of the local hospital. Thus, I will now limit myself to about 1,000 steps per day (normal walking to complete the usual chores.
I have no other serious health problems. How about the rest of you 87 and older males? What health conditions do you have if any?
