I'm watching an opening jumping class right now. They just introduced two "Irishmen."
Both men live in the US, one in Pennsylvania, the other not far away. They have lived in the US for years and years.
As the first one was on course, the announcer said that he'd competed for Ireland in the Olympics and was competing for Ireland tonight.
I really have a problem with that. IMO, if you like America (or any other country) enough to want to live in it, you should represent it in the Olympics.
What do you think? Why?
