The ONLY reason I know it's actually Friday today is because we're leaving to head out for the weekend, and my phone is set to remind me of calendar events 24 hours before, and so I got the alert yesterday.
 
hubby got it all wrong said it fri instead of Thursday '' he ws so adamant over it in the car bck from the big shop '
poor soul must be his age creeping in there lol ..he said the guy on the radio said it fri --I said he is wrong 'had to show him the clock radio date and my mobile Arrrrgh .........ā€¦...
 
Every day lately has seemed like Saturday or Sunday to me .. so confused!

** With Leap Year in 2020 .... we will get a lot of days where they should be ... July 4th and Halloween will be on Saturday ...
and Christmas and New Year's on Friday.

Hi...Yes, I feel the same....Anyway, when I first saw your first sentence, it reminded of me, standing in a store, waiting
to pay a bill....There was a girl in front of me, and I am a talker, so I said to her, I hate to stand in line, they take so long in this store....She actually said to me, (You should never say hate) That is very vulgar!!!.....She had to be 50 years younger then me....The Snot!!!!!! So anytime I see the hate word, I think of the young snotty girl!!!!!
You can say "I hate" anytime you want...Movie Q...

I wonder if she was hyper religious? If so, hate is akin to damnation. They donā€™t like words like luck either.
 
Unfortunately, I would get slightly aggravated when a close retired friend would call me during business hours and claim he thought it was Saturday. At the time, taking personal calls on business time was frowned upon. I couldnā€™t understand how someone couldnā€™t know what day it was.

Now I wish he was around to talk. He past away 5 years ago.
