Confused????

Since we retired, it feels like 6 Saturdays and a Sunday. Christmas and New Years really threw me for a loop, as far as knowing what day it is.

I like knowing what day it is, but can't always hit it, if holidays are in the mix, and fall in the middle of the week.

Unfortunately, I would get slightly aggravated when a close retired friend would call me during business hours and claim he thought it was Saturday. At the time, taking personal calls on business time was frowned upon. I couldn’t understand how someone couldn’t know what day it was.

Now I wish he was around to talk. He past away 5 years ago.

I used to do the same to my late hubby,How can you not know what day it is??????? Used to annoy the hell out of me...now,thanks,Alexa,lol

I usually have someone tell me what day it is. I am retired, my weekend is 7 days a week.
I don't remember the last time I had a calendar.
