My friend and I talk on the phone. Since he's been more ill now I have been calling him more often.

My brothers and I either email or talk on the phone but not very often. My sister emails the family mostly.

I get out 4 days a week to go to a senior center and eat, play games, and socialize. I play Samba, Progressive, Bingo.

Some I email
Some I snail mail
Occasionally I visit or they visit or we met somewhere so we actually see each other in real time.

I like sending cards or gifts without saying much except ‘Thinking of You.’
The list is getting smaller
