When they enter the country without following the proper guidelines as set forth by Congress sometime in the 1920's. Shouldn't we know who is entering our country? Since 1980. the U.S. population has grown in excess of 100,000,000. I think we have been pretty fair with allowing others to join us."No human being is illegal. That is a contradiction in terms. Human beings can be beautiful or more beautiful, they can be fat or skinny, they can be right or wrong, but illegal? How can a human being be illegal?" - Elie Wiesel

Thanks for my laugh if the day. If you only knew half as much you think you do, I may be inclined to take you serious. No, the Constitution and the rule of law is in good hands now.
And thank you for the amusing attempt to turn-the-tables. Your comment suggests that you[somehow] know better than me...?Thanks for my laugh if the day. If you only knew half as much you think you do.
I saw that for the first time a few years ago. It was pretty cool to see our Constitution as it was written by our Founding Fathers, typos and all. They had to make corrections with carrots and text between the lines. It's a reminder that our Founders, while highly enlightened (they were from the age of enlightenment), they were also human.Sept.17, 1787, the Constitutional Convention, chaired by George Washington, took place (or signed rather) in Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA. Declaration chamber is awesome to visit and tour. The chair GW sat in as head is still the original. Most furnishings are period, but there are several original pieces, one being the cane on Thomas Jefferson's desk.
Sometimes known as the Original Seven Articles, it replaced the 1783 Articles of Confederation.
Housed in a protective case in the National Archives it is viewed by tens of thousands each year. Declaration to it's left, the 12 proposed Amendments (Bill of Rights) to the states on the right. To me, breathtaking to behold.
They were also slaveholders. Owners of other humans. Sad because they were from the age of enlightenment.I saw that for the first time a few years ago.
