Yesterday I spoke with a CC rep about a PIN for my account. She said I should write it down after I give it to here because if I forget it I will never be able to access my account. I thought that is ridiculous. I gave it to here then asked her to read it back to me and she she replied that she could not because I just gave it to her. (What?!) I then asked how do I know you recorded it correctly? She said she did. I ended by saying I would call back and talk to a rep that knew the CC policies. I called back today and spoke to another rep and he said what she said yesterday is 100% wrong. So later today I go on CHAT and complained saying tell the rep I spoke with yesterday that she was wrong on everything. The Chat responded she would help me with my PIN. I wrote back READ MY POST. I don't need help. I need CC to be aware they have an employee that is full of misinformation. So one rep does not know company policies and another does not read Chats before she responds.
