Cookies

It would really depend on which variety and quantity of cookies are eaten! I do not eat many cookies these days due to my intolerance for gluten. I do eat gluten free protein bars for a quick breakfast if I'm pressed for time. Twenty grams of protein will keep me fueled up for several hours.
 

It depends, on what these cookies, with chocolate are definitely not healthy. Cookies are the healthiest cereal grains.
