On the HA, I have taken it orally off and on over the years but not now. Also had two sessions of the HA knee injections and both times didn't help my knee. But found the video interesting. Thanks...

Maybe I need to get back on HA and stay on it until it's over...who knows it might help some now. But to add another supplement, good grief.

After watching the vid, first it appears to be an older broadcast....More importantly I suspect it is more the overall diet, which Chung even noted [not many here would eat] combined with the lifestyle. I sorta doubt that a Big-Mac,fries some HA will do the trick.
