Covid-19 complication in children

The words "Possibly" and "Suspected" are reminders of why medicine is called a "Practice."

Well, the article does say that "many" of the children with this syndrome have had Covid-19. Doesn't seem like that big a stretch to suspect that there is a connection.

If they jumped in with an immediate announcement that the virus causes this disease in children, you'd probably object to that also, saying that there haven't been any studies yet, where are the statistics, etc. So they are, quite correctly, saying that at this point, it is "suspected." That's how science works, Win. Something is always a theory until the evidence demonstrates that it is definitely (or very probably) true.

You seem to be strongly in denial about Covid-19, Win. Why is that? Do you have some inside knowledge that the rest of us don't have? Or is it motivated by the foul winds of politics?

I'm not in denial; it's just that many things we're being told simply don't add up (I've mentioned them previously). I'm not in denial about the existence of the flu, either. That's doesn't mean I accept everything I'm told about it.
And, I only need to be lied to once, before I suspect other B.S.
