Coward Neighbor poisons family in condo building because of toilet seat noise

It's still unclear wether the suspect was renting from a person, the condo association or actually owned it. The condo association and/or landlord seemed to cooperate/tried to help the victim paying for work and tests(for which the suspect should be billed).

As far as the noise if that condo was building during the first housing bubble there was alot of shoddy work and defective materials. I think they found defective drywall from China was sent/used mostly on Florida's west coast. But it should not result in attempted murder. Lawsuits ok.

Fitting punishment I would say Della. Oh the irony! I wonder how much time he'll get. :unsure:
