Cowardly cop and flawed legal system

The cop is afraid of what will happen if he sees this guy outside of work and with his (the cop's) family. Go to about the 15 minute mark to see this B.S. You can bet that if a black guy did what this nut on the motorcycle did, the printer would have worked perfectly.

I completely disagree w the OP's interpretation and his charge of bias and cowardliness against the officer. The officer didn't pursue - his ego was in check, which took strength and humility. The offender was quickly captured, and then arrested.

The idea that treating black people badly is a reason to treat other races badly is absurd. We want police that respect the rights of ALL races of people.

Perhaps next time choose a video where the suspect has done nothing wrong and is abused by police, there are 1000's of them to choose from.

Did you even watch the video? The biker was evading arrest, speeding excessively, running red lights, splitting lanes, reckless endangerment of the public, unregistered vehicle, no insurance, lying to the cop, being belligerent to the cop, threatening the cop... I think there were a few other things he could have been charged with. As nasty as this guy was to the cop, the cop kept apologizing to him!

The cop said to the other cop in the garage, "If I go to Meijers with my family, what's he going to do to me and my family?" The cop was scared of the biker, so he gave him a break.

The biker was charged with one count of felony fleeing and eluding and one count of misdemeanor reckless driving. He took a plea deal. The felony fleeing charge was dismissed and he pled guilty of reckless driving.

So after all that, all he got was reckless driving. I'd be willing to bet that he's still going to start sh*t with the cop if he sees him out in public.

I hate bullies, and that biker is definitely a bully. The cop could have done something about it, but he was afraid of what would happen.

Typical video of a typical self entitled, failing to obey the lawful order of a police officer, resisting I got the right to do what I want woman and her lawyer/daughter interfering in a law enforcement officers attempt to contain her fragile mama.

wa wa wa typical

If he was that afraid, he would have not charged him with the felony. What is a couple of minor traffic offenses. I've watched lots of YT videos where the policeman said he could charge a person with such and such but would not, . but let the big charge stand, and where no threats were made. You telling me what he dropped were "Mandatory" citations, and he did not due his duty.

When he was in the booking room didn't he mention something about certain charges had to be dropped because the printer in his car failed? That department must be using ancient technology because most progressive departments use wireless digital keyboards similar to NYPS RMP's replaced their teleprinters with their encrypted keyboard data forwarded to their stationhouse, NYSPIN and NCIC databases via a WiFi node.

They also upload the data real-time using cellular technology. Either way, he would have been able to print it at the station. He just used the "printer problem" as an excuse.
