My credit card company assured me they'd support my dispute of charges for a damaged computer I'd ordered from a TV shopping channel. As requested I sent the CC company all pertinent purchase documents & a detailed report from the manufacturer explaining the computer damage occurred during the manufacturing process. Today, I get a letter from the CC company informing me they've closed my dispute, agreeing with the shopping network's explanation it's not their fault my computer crashed after their return/replacement policy had expired. No more TV shopping for me!
