Cruise passenger banned for life after standing on ledge for photo

A Royal Caribbean passenger was banned from the cruise line for life after a fellow traveler caught her standing precariously on a railing on the outside of the ship to take a photo.
Peter Blosic, who was on the Allure of the Seas ship, snapped a picture of the woman as the narrow ledge she's standing on is all that keeps her from plummeting into the water. The woman, who appears to be wearing a blue bathing suit, has her hands raised in the air as she faces outward from the 17-deck ship.

It's crazy what people will do for Instagram, fb snapchat. Over 250 people died for that "perfect pic" between 2011-2017. No telling what the numbers are now. This article details some of them. Cause of Death: Selfie
And then there are the idiots that have death wishes. Like the one that climbed over a barrier and went to the edge of a geyser in Yellowstone and fell into the scalding liquid and became a blob. Or the woman who climbed over a wall so she could taunt a lion at a zoo and was lucky he took his time considering his options. Or some woman that went to the edge of a cliff wearing thongs (the shoes) and tripped and fell to her death. Are humans going backward in intelligence?

Drunk or not the urge to do it was there. Drugs and alcohol lower impulse control. She also probably is attention seeking.
